THURSDAY’S BEST PICKS

-

8 PM * Station 19 Several relationships are sorely tested in “Phoenix From the Flame,” the Season 5 premiere, in the aftermath of Sullivan’s (Boris Kodjoe) actions at Maya and Carina’s (Danielle Savre, Stefania Spampinato) wedding, which strained his own marriage to Andy (Jaina Lee Ortiz). Meanwhile, Dean (Okieriete

Onaodowan) comes to terms with how he feels about Vic (Barrett Doss), as Travis (Jay Hayden) rekindles an old flame. Elsewhere, some reckless behavior by attendees at the annual Phoenix Festival challenges the teams at Station 19 and Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.

8 PM ( BRV) Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Josh Flagg packs his bags for Palm Springs to sell the home of America’s favorite roommate, “Three’s Company” alumna Suzanne Somers, in the new episode “The House That Thighmaster Built.” Elsewhere, Tracy Maltas struggles to balance work and family as she lists her sister’s massive $30 million home in Holmby Hills. 8:20 PM ( NFL) NFL Football True, tonight’s clash between the Cincinnati Bengals and Jacksonville Jaguars isn’t exactly a Super Bowl preview — far from it, in fact — but it is a chance to see what the buzz is all about with Jags quarterback Trevor Lawrence, the top overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. The Clemson product gives Jacksonville what many consider a generational talent as well as its first franchise signal caller since Mark Brunell was under center 18 years ago. 9 PM $ The Price Is Right Celebrates 50 Years The title of this new twohour primetime special says it all as it commemorates 50 years of this beloved game show staple. Current host Drew Carey is among those taking a look back at the biggest winners, never-before-seen outtakes and a salute to Bob Barker, who hosted the show on its Sept. 4, 1972, premiere. Additionally, contestants play iconic pricing games for extravagant luxury cars and big cash prizes.

9 PM * Grey’s Anatomy Continuing a storyline introduced on sister show “Station 19,” the longest-running American primetime medical drama series opens its 18th season with

“Here Comes the Sun.” After a season that saw several characters from the show’s past resurface as visions in then-patient Meredith’s (Ellen Pompeo) mind, two more return “for real” in these new episodes. Abigail Spencer is back in this premiere as

Dr. Megan Hunt, while Kate Walsh will reappear at some point as Dr. Addison Montgomery. Kate Burton also returns in her role as Meredith’s late mom, Dr. Ellis Grey.

9 PM ( MTV) Double Shot at Love With DJ Pauly D and Vinny Pauly takes Vinny and all the ladies camping in a new episode called “Who’s Gonna Kiss Vinny Second.” After learning that Vinny already has secretly kissed someone in the house, a few of the ladies are bound and determined to get Vinny’s second kiss. Soon, however, someone realizes that Vinny might not be Mr. Right for them.

10 PM ( WE) Notorious Queens Season 1 draws to a close with a finale called “This Lewk Ain’t It,” in which Toni reaches out to her estranged son hoping to find a way to mend the strained relationship. Meanwhile, Mehgan debuts her new swimwear with a photoshoot, but while her suits make a splash, not everything else goes according to plan.

10:01 PM * Big Sky Private detectives Jenny Hoyt and Cassie Dewell (Katheryn Winnick, Kylie Bunbury) reunite to investigate a car wreck outside of Helena, Mont., as this mystery series returns for its second season. As their probe slowly untangles the mystery behind the accident, their own path crosses those of a band of unsuspecting teenagers, a flirtatious face from Jenny’s past and a vicious outsider determined to find some answers. Brian Geraghty, Dedee Pfeiffer, Omar Metwally, Anja Savcic, Scarlet Leyendecker and Janina Gavankar also star.
