He is survived by his beloved wife Grace who he had been happily married to since 1963, daughter, Cheryl (Brad) McCormick, of Miami; son, Wayne (Jami) Hedin, of Waxhaw, NC; daughter, Laura Hedin, of New Smyrna Beach; 9 amazing grandchildren, Victoria, Brad Jr., Lucas, Addison, Julia, Gunnar, Robert, Cross and Koa. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Carl.

Memorial service will be 4:00 p.m. Saturday January 29, 2022 at Settle-Wilder Funeral Home with the Reverend Don Shobert, officiating. Friends will be received on Saturday January 29, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
