Amy’s maternal instincts are triggered when she discovers Luke (Marcello Reyes) isn’t living with any other kids, and Matt (JT Neal) turns to Jodie for some business advice. Tommy Dewey also stars; Connie Jackson and Colton Dunn guest star.

10 PM (TRU) Fast Foodies “Top Chef” winners Kristen Kish and Jeremy Ford, plus “Iron Chef” champ Justin Sutherland, show off their gifts for both creativity and culinary mimicry in Season 2 of this fun cooking competitio­n series, in which they welcome celebrity guests who reveal their favorite fastfood dish. The chefs then compete to see which of them can perfectly recreate that dish, then skillfully reimagine it. Comic Nikki Glaser is the guest in tonight’s season premiere; other stars visiting this season include Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Chris Jericho (“AEW”), Bobby Moynihan and Natasha Leggero.

Was Good Until It Wasn’t,” which finds the gang collective­ly struggling to deal with fallout from the explosive events at the luau. Among them, Aaron (Trevor Jackson) knows he’ll be held accountabl­e for his actions at the bash. Elsewhere, Zoey (Yara Shahidi) turns to grandparen­ts Pops and Ruby (Laurence Fishburne, Jenifer Lewis) for advice, while Ana and Vivek (Francia Raisa, Jordan Buhat) try to keep their hook-up a secret. 10:02 PM (A&E) Taking the Stand A new episode revisits the trial of Sean Foley, who fatally shot Jimmy Shelton, his girlfriend’s stepfather, on the latter’s back porch at the end of a boozy evening. Foley claims the older man was aggressive­ly trying to assault Foley’s girlfriend. With his fate hanging in the balance, Foley decides to take the stand and try to persuade the jury to believe his version of that night: that the shooting incident was a case of self-defense, not cold-blooded murder. Another new episode immediatel­y follows.

10:30 PM (FREE) Single Drunk Female Sam (Sofia Black-D’Elia) hatches a plan to score points with Brit (Sasha

Compere) by offering amends at her birthday in the new episode “I’m Sorry, But ... .” Unfortunat­ely, Sam isn’t invited to that gathering and, worse, neglects Felicia (Lily Mae Harrington). Meanwhile, when Sam’s probation officer unexpected­ly pays a visit, flustered mom Carol (Ally Sheedy) struggles to explain her daughter’s “situation” to her friends.
