Meanwhile, some ousted band members hope to rejoin the musical group, but first they must do some soul-searching and repair their personal relationsh­ips. 8PM (FOOD) Kids Baking Championsh­ip For the new episode “Cosmic Delights,” hosts and judges Valerie Bertinelli and Duff Goldman challenge their young bakers to combine a lot of small parts to create one big whole, by making cosmic cupcake pull-aparts. Once they come out of the oven, the cupcakes are to be decorated to look like the sun, a rocket, the planet Saturn, a comet or the moon. 9PM G 4400 An attack on the Bois Blanc raises tensions and puts everyone’s life in danger in the Season 1 finale “Present Is Prologue.” Shanice and Logan (Brittany Adebumola, Cory Jeacoma) do what they can to ensure Hayden’s (Amarr Wooten) safety, while Jharrel and Claudette (Joseph David-Jones, Jaye Ladymore) try to get Manny (guest star Calvin Seabrooks) to see reason. Elsewhere, Mildred (Autumn Best) still believes her sister can be saved, and LaDonna (Khailah Johnson) takes to the streets hoping to end the threat against the 4400.

9PM (A&E) Secrets of Playboy In a new episode called “The Circus,” Hugh Hefner’s former No. 1 girlfriend, Sondra Theodore, breaks a decades-long silence to reveal unsettling details about how she was groomed by Hefner to participat­e in a sex life that became more and more abusive to her. Her testimony provides new insights into Hefner’s reported mechanisms for controllin­g women and breaking their will. 9PM (SHO) Twenties Aspiring screenwrit­er Hattie (Jonica T. Gibbs) lands a new job, while Nia (Gabrielle Graham) reaches a new level of viral online fame in the new episode “Killing Me Softly With His Song.” Elsewhere, at Marie and Chuck’s (Christina Elmore, Jevon McFerrin) engagement party, Chuck reunites with an old friend, and Marie resolves to fake it until she makes it. 9:01 PM _ The Cleaning Lady Thony’s (Elodie Yung) lies have put a strain on her relationsh­ip with Fiona (Martha Millan), especially since their recent close brush with ICE in the new episode “Mother’s Mission.” Meanwhile, Arman (Adan Canto) uses Thony’s relationsh­ip with Garrett (Oliver Hudson) to feed informatio­n to the FBI. As her son Luca’s health deteriorat­es, Thony must decide whether she can work with Mother Donna (guest star Betty Buckley), who may be a viable resource for a liver transplant.

10 PM (SUND) State of the Union

Emmy winners Brendan Gleeson (“Into the Storm”) and Patricia Clarkson (“Six Feet Under”) star as a couple undergoing joint counseling in Season 2 of this Emmy-winning short-form dramedy series. Each 10-minute episode finds their characters, Scott and Ellen, meeting in a Connecticu­t coffee shop, where they collect their thoughts before their therapy session. Season 1, which starred Rosamund Pike and Chris O’Dowd as a different couple in crisis, earned an Emmy as best short-form drama or comedy series, plus trophies for both of the two stars.

Yul Vazquez) to Sonoma makes some waves for everyone in the Sandoval family, even as Lettie and Joe (Cecilia Suarez, John Ortiz) hit a rough patch of their own in the new episode “El Regalo (The Gift).” While everyone else is dismayed, Margaret (Bellamy Young) is thrilled to be invited to Carmen’s (Mariel Molino) 25th birthday party. 10:01 PM (TLC) 1000-Lb. Best Friends After suffering through cruelly disappoint­ing weigh-ins, Meghan and Vannessa are determined to do better at their next session in the new episode “Large and In Charge.” Later, all four besties attempt to conquer a massive and intimidati­ng waterslide, then Vannessa feels motivated to confront her enabling sister after meeting with a nutritioni­st and therapist.
