of Miami school of law, Morton went on to serve in the JAG division of the United States Army. He returned to Miami Beach after his commission ended, where he began his 55 plus years as an attorney. Morton was an icon and the last of his kind serving as a general practitioner to his clients and the community. Morton was a man who understood the importance of building solid relationships, and honoring them with unprecedented loyalty.

Morton is survived by Gloria, his wife of 47 years and their children, Helene, Gregg, Alan, Debbie, Rob, Sarah, Lori, Mike, and Melissa; his grandchildren, Adam, Mikey, Harrison, Grace, Max, Kyle, Madison, and Steven; great-grandchildren, Archie and Atlas- with a few one the way!
