Tina (Tichina Arnold). Sheaun McKinney and Marcel Spears also star.

8PM All American Spencer (Daniel G Ezra) tries to enjoy his celebrator­y time with Jordan, Asher and JJ (Michael Evans Behling, Cody Christian, Hunter Clowdus) at JJ’s rented summer beach house, but he’s distracted and conflicted by some of the sponsorshi­p opporpromp­ting tunities he receives in the new episode “Got Your Money.” Elsewhere, things don’t go as smoothly for Coop and Patience (Bre-Z, Chelsea Tavares) as they had hoped when they take a big step in their relationsh­ip. Meanwhile, Laura (Monet Mazur), at her wits’ end, steps in to help Billy (Taye Diggs).

8PM Spring Baking (FOOD) Championsh­ip A beloved seasonal kitchen competitio­n returns for Season 8, with host Molly Yeh challengin­g the 12 of the best bakers in the world to create and elevate springtime desserts that will impress judges Kardea Brown, Duff Goldman and Nancy Fuller. In the two-hour premiere, “Everything’s Coming Up Floral,” Yeh tasks the newly arrived bakers to make fruit tarts that showcase their personalit­ies, then create floral bonanza cakes. Look for some major twists, not to mention double eliminatio­ns, as the season unfolds.

9PM NCIS While they are investigat­ing $ the death of an intruder at Quantico, Jimmy and Kasie (Brian Dietzen Diona Reasonover) find themselves exposed to a deadly neurotoxin, the rest of their team to enlist the help of Dr. Carol Wilson (guest star Meredith Eaton) in a race against the clock in the new episode “The Helpers.” Meanwhile, Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) has his hands full trying to distract Jimmy’s young daughter, who had been spending the day at the office with her dad. Sean Murray also stars.

9PM Rock the Block Four (HGTV) duos, each with familial ties, duke it out in Season 3 of this hit home makeover competitio­n, this one set in the Greater Charleston, S.C., area. Fan-favorite craftsman and design expert Ty Pennington returns to host as the teams compete for the honor of having a street named after them. The competitor­s include Pacific Northwest twins Leslie Davis and Lyndsay Lamb, married Arkansas renovation experts Dave and Jenny Marrs, Detroit-based couple and designer-builders Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas, and Atlanta spouses Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson.

10 PM Better Things Pamela Adlon (FX) begins her final run as a resourcefu­l divorced mother raising three daughters on her own as this Peabody Awardwinni­ng dramedy series opens its fifth and final season. These last episodes focus on the road that lies ahead for her character, working actress Sam

Fox, as well as the challenges of her fickle career and the increasing signs of aging her mother (Celia Imrie) has begun to exhibit (not to mention the toll the years have taken on Sam herself). Mikey Madison and Olivia Edward also star.

10:02 PM (AMC) Ragdoll The production team from “Killing Eve” also is behind this dark new six-part thriller series, about a serial killer stalking London. The madman’s six victims have been murdered and dismembere­d, then sewn into the shape of one grotesque body hanging from the ceiling in a block of apartments. The grisly case is assigned to newly reinstated Detective Sgt. Nathan
