CHEAP THEATRICS

The self-serving comments and questions by some members of the Senate Judiciary Commit- tee say more about them than about Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson. She is an astute and brilliant jurist who embodies dignity and grace in the face of cheap political theater.

Don’t worry about her. She can take them all down with both hands tied behind her back.

As a Cuban-American Republican, I am ashamed of Texas Sen.Ted Cruz and those like him.

Many Republicans respect the integrity of the selection process and applaud Brown Jackson, a very worthy nominee.
