8PM $ Undercover Boss Bakery, which started in 1948 as a small burger-and-pie restaurant on Southern California’s Pacific Coast Highway, is so customer-focused that its chief executive, Warren Boone, has the title of “chief people officer.” Tonight’s season finale episode finds an incognito Boone on the front lines of his business, making sure that the 30 Coco’s restaurant­s across California and Arizona are delivering on the promise of good food served in a place that’s as comfortabl­e as your home kitchen.

Remade in 1994 with Danny

Outfield Glover and young Joseph Gordon-Levitt, this charming 1951 comedy-fantasy stars Paul Douglas (“A Letter to Three Wives”) as the manager of a losing

baseball team that gets a boost from some heavenly helpers — angels who were once great ballplayer­s on Earth. There’s a catch, though: He has to quit cussing and bullying his players. Janet Leigh and Donna Corcoran also star in the film, which kicks off “Play Ball — Night 1,” a baseball-themed programmin­g event.

8PM (LMN) MOVIE Nightmare

New Neighborho­od Moms homeowner Charlotte has barely moved in when she meets Bonnie, a neighbor who strikes her as highly competitiv­e. After Charlotte discovers another woman who lived in their neighborho­od recently was murdered, her daughter Jordan suggests they form a neighborho­od watch, including Bonnie. Unfortunat­ely, they don’t know Bonnie killed that recent victim, who was having an affair with Bonnie’s husband. And now — uh oh! — Bonnie suspects her hubby is a little too interested in Charlotte. Gina Simms, April Hale and Summer Madison star in this 2022 thriller.

prominent American composers — Amy Beach, Florence Price and Aaron Copland among them. In “Now Hear This: Amy Beach Rise to Prominence,” Yoo and his wife, flutist Alice Dade, perform works by this Romantic Era composer at Festival Mosaic and delve into her musical influences, as well as visiting places from which Beach drew inspiratio­n.
