7:30 PM (NICK) Nickelodeo­n’s Kids’ Choice Awards 2022 Miranda Cosgrove (“iCarly”) and NFL superstar Rob Gronkowski co-host this annual awards show for juvenile viewers from Barker Hanger in Santa Monica, Calif. The producers of this year’s event promise no fewer than 1,000 epic slimings of attendees, as well as dozens of pranks celebratin­g stars from the world of film, TV, music, sports and more. Firsttime nominees include Olivia Rodrigo, Elizabeth Olsen, Saweetie, Awkwafina, the Kid LaROI and Doja Cat. Leading the nomination pack with four nods each are Taylor Swift and Adele.

8 PM (HALL) MOVIE A Royal Runaway Romance Princess Amelia (Philippa Northeast) of Bundbury is scheduled to ascend to the throne when her mother, Ava (Sarah Jane Redmond), steps down in a year. Complicati­ons arise, though, when Amelia begins falling for Wes (Andre Anthony), the handsome American artist commission­ed to paint her royal portrait. The Queen is not amused,, and makes her disapprova­l known, so Amelia starts hatching a plan to rendezvous with her love in America. Brant Daugherty also stars in this 2022 romance.

8PM (LIFE) MOVIE Fallen Angels Murder Club: Heroes and Felons Toni Braxton returns as book lover, ex-con and amateur sleuth Hollis Morgan, who joins her fellow Fallen Angel Murder Club members in seeking answers to another member’s death. After a journalist investigat­ing the death also turns up murdered, Hollis once again finds herself at the center of a murder probe. As the bodies start to stack up, she must solve the deadly spree before it’s too late. Kelly Hu also stars.

8:30 PM G Would I Lie to You? Aasif Mandvi (“Evil”) hosts this North American adaptation of a hit British series that elevates the art of lying. In each episode, Matt Walsh (“Veep”) and Sabrina Jalees (“Canada’s Got Talent”) lead opposing pairs of celebrity guests who try to determine who is lying and who is giving actual facts, by asking questions and observing the body language of the person being interrogat­ed. The season’s celebrity guests include Laura Benanti (“Gossip Girl”), Adam Pally (“Happy Endings”) and Michael Ian Black (“Wet Hot American Summer”), among many others.

9PM G Masters of Illusion Now you see him ...: Host Dean Cain returns as this dazzling series opens Season 8, with more performanc­es from cuttingedg­e illusionis­ts, escape artists and other diverse magic acts in front of a live studio audience. In the season premiere, “Matters of the Head,” the featured magicians include Ed Alonzo, Rob Lake, Shoot Ogawa, Clairvoyan­ts, Stuart MacDonald and Eric Buss.

10 PM (TRAV) Portals to Hell Paranormal investigat­ors Jack Osbourne and Katrina Weidman try to discover why there’s hell to pay as they travel to haunted locales populated by sinister spirits that seem to hold a vendetta against anyone who ventures into their presence as this spooky series opens Season 3. In the opener, “Hill View Manor,” Osbourne and Weidman travel to a shuttered nursing home in New Castle, Pa., where former patients are said to be lingering beyond death. Among the entities they meet is the Creeper, a malevolent shadow creature.

10:03 PM (LIFE) MOVIE She

Went Missing After Maya Taylor, an investigat­ive reporter, learns her childhood best friend has vanished without a trace, she gets assigned to cover the case herself. Returning to her hometown, she immediatel­y confronts some old memories and rekindles past relationsh­ips. Worse, though, Maya’s homecoming attracts the attention of a long-dormant stalker from years ago, whose identity remains unknown. The more Maya investigat­es, the closer serious danger comes to her very doorstep. Corbin Reid (“How to Get Away With Murder”) and Jaime M. Callica (“Ruthless”) star in this 2022 thriller.
