1PM * NBA Basketball Conference Quarterfin­al action continues today in the NBA with four games airing on ABC and TNT, starting with this Game 4 clash between the Miami Heat and an opponent to be determined. Later, it’s Games 4 between the Golden State Warriors and Denver Nuggets (ABC), the Miami Heat and team TBD (TNT) and the Phoenix Suns and team TBD (TNT. These eight best-of-seven series continue all week with the winners advancing to the conference semifinals next week.

8PM (HGTV) Home Town Kickstart

Building off the small-town revitaliza­tion movement inspired by Ben and Erin Napier (“Home Town”), this new series gives six quintessen­tial cozy communitie­s across the country a huge boost to their own crusades to re-energize their town. In each episode, HGTV experts take the lead on three projects for each town, including revamping a small business, refreshing the home of a local hero and reinvigora­ting a public space to improve local quality of life.

8PM (STRZ) Gaslit Inspired by a popular podcast, this suspensefu­l new docudrama chronicles previously untold stories, often involving forgotten characters, in the Watergate political scandal, from some of the subordinat­es to President Richard Nixon to the zealots aiding and abetting the crimes that eventually ended Nixon’s presidency in 1974. The main players in the powerhouse ensemble include Sean Penn and Julia Roberts star as Attorney Gen. John Mitchell and his whistle-blowing wife, Martha, and Betty Gilpin (“GLOW”) and Dan Stevens (“Downton Abbey”) as Mo and John Dean.

9PM ^ Sanditon on Masterpiec­e In the Season 2 finale, Alison (Rosie Graham) prepares to leave Sanditon with her dreams of romance fading, while Esther (Charlotte Spencer) faces a bleak future. Elsewhere, Charlotte (Rose Williams) wonders what her future will look like, and Georgiana (Crystal Clarke) learns some shocking truths when Sidney’s (Theo James) belongings are returned.

10 PM (HBO) Barry Series cocreator and star Bill Hader returns to his Emmy-winning role of hitman-turned-actor Barry Berkman as this dark comedy returns following an extended pandemic-related hiatus. As the story resumes, Barry is desperatel­y searching the dark web for jobs, while Sally (Sarah Goldberg), now starring in her own show, feels the pressures of success. Elsewhere, Gene (Henry Winkler) can’t stop thinking about Funches’ (Stephen Root) devastatin­g revelation.
