8PM * Station 19 Theo and Vic (Carlos Miranda, Barrett Doss) respond to an escalating domestic disturbance between the parents of a trans teenager in the new episode “The Road You Didn’t Take.” Elsewhere, Jack (Grey Damon) gets some shocking new details about his childhood, while Travis and Ben (Jay Hayden, Jason George) help a clinic patient who is long overdue for medical treatment; Jaina Lee Ortiz also stars.
8:31 PM $ United States of Al The family starts getting seriously concerned when the normally responsible Al (Adhir Kalyan) starts blowing off classes and assignments so he can spend more time with Cindy (guest star Jayma Mays) in the new episode “Desire/Khwast.” Meanwhile, Riley (Parker Young) is pretty sure he and Vanessa (Kelli Goss) won’t be able to keep their relationship a secret much longer. Dean Norris, Elizabeth Alderfer and Farrah Mackenzie also star; the guest cast also includes Rachel Bay Jones, Amanda Payton, John Ross Bowie and Blake Clark. 9PM * Grey’s Anatomy A new episode called “I’ll Cover You” finds Simon (guest star Cedric Sanders), a former patient of Link’s (Chris Carmack), and his pregnant wife, Kristen (Bianca A. Santos), in the emergency room for treatment. Meanwhile, Bailey (Chandra Wilson) gets an offer she’ll want to consider from Nick (guest star Scott Speedman). Ellen Pompeo, James Pickens Jr., Kevin McKidd and Camilla Luddington also star.
9PM (MTV) Siesta Key Juliette tries to be civil with Sam, but the combination of Mike’s insults and Meghan’s return pushes her to the very limit in the new episode “Where’s the Popcorn?” Elsewhere, her father’s health scare prompts Amanda to reevaluate the priorities in her life. Meanwhile, Garrett’s plans to live with Kenna threaten his friendship with Will.
9:30 PM $ How We Roll After Helen (Julie White) inexplicably ghosts Archie (Chi McBride), Tom (Pete Holmes) is staggered to discover Archie has been keeping a huge secret in the new episode “The Big Secret.” Sheryl Lee Ralph (“Abbott Elementary”) guest stars, with Tahj Mowry, Amanda Perez, Matt
McCarthy and Judy Kain reprising their recurring roles; Katie Lowes also stars. 10 PM (FOOD) Chef Boot Camp Ina new episode called “Move Like You’re on Fire,” host Cliff Crooks comes to the aid of Kwame, owner and head chef of Chicken Fire. Kwame’s first restaurant failed and, while he clearly knows almost everything about chicken and how to fry it, he lacks the knowledge to push this latest eatery into the winner’s circle. Another restaurateur, Vira, seems to be on the right track, as owner of four restaurants. Cliff hopes to help her improve communication with her team, though.
10 PM (WE) Commit or Quit In this new relationship docuseries, couples in crisis turn to Judge Lynn Toler to evaluate and deliver a life-altering verdict to them: Should they tie the knot or cut their romantic losses and go their separate ways? During the course of the first season, eight couples agree to have their homes installed with surveillance cameras, so Judge Toler can witness their interactions, both positive and negative. At the end of the process, if a couple is ready to commit, the judge marries them on the spot.
