Born in Santa Clara, Cuba, June 8, 1938.

Luis received a bachelor’s degree from northeastern Illinois University. He was married to Rosa Morales (deceased) and Loretta Welch (deceased.) Luis worked for Acme Resin as a chemist for over 30 years.

He is survived by his five children Luis, Alberto, Ramon, William, and Alex, as well as his eight grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
