Gerald Nathan’s father and I would like to thank the doctors and staff at Jackson Memorial Hospital for the caregiving every time he was a patient. The past 18 days were difficult and when you hear ‘no hope’ it’s awful. They made us feel better.

His cardiologist, Dr. Cesar Pellerano and his staff gave him excellent care for the past 24 years.

If you wish, give a gift to a charity of your choice. If I left anyone out, forgive me.
