The NASCAR Cup postseason commences its three-race Round of 8 today at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, where drivers at the top of the series’ standings will do battle in the South Point 400. A field including Joey Logano, Ross Chastain, Ryan Blaney and Kyle Larson will go at it on the “cookie cutter” 1.5-mile oval where Denny Hamlin held off a late charge by Chase Elliott to pick up his first Sin City win and 46th of her career. 8PM G Family Law Abigail (Jewel Staite) and Daniel (Zach Smadu) defend Marlee (guest star Steph Song), a mother whose addiction to online gaming (and other questionable vices) have brought her parenting abilities into question by her soon-to-be-ex-husband looking for full custody of their kids. Meanwhile, Daniel decides to tie the knot with Danielle (guest star Yvonne Chapman) after some ribbing from Lucy (Genelle Williams), who is still reeling from the guilt, and thrill, of her recent transgression.
8:15 PM & NFL Football A clash of NFC East rivals is in the offing tonight at Lincoln Financial Field, where Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles hope to continue their winning ways in their home game against the Dallas Cowboys. While the Eagles came out

Masterpiece A mystery author dies under suspicious circumstances with his last book seemingly unfinished, leaving two mysteries: What happened to him? And how does his latest book end? Lesley Manville stars as the author’s editor, Susan Ryeland, who assumes the role of detective in the case. Meanwhile, Tim McMullan plays the fictional sleuth Atticus Pund in the incomplete novel, whose investigation parallels Susan’s in this series premiere.
