3PM & NASCAR Cup Series The 51st season in the modern-era NASCAR Cup Series comes to a climax today in the desert, as the top four drivers in the playoffs square off in the Championsh­ip Race. Joey Logano will be among those vying for the 2022 title on the 1-mile dogleg oval of Phoenix Raceway, where a year ago Kyle Larson won and claimed his first series championsh­ip.

8PM (FOOD) Christmas Cookie Challenge The yearly tradition returns with the Season 6 premiere episode “Christmas Couples,” as hosts Ree Drummond and Eddie Jackson welcome the most talented cookie makers around to create stunning and delicious holiday creations — from rotating carousels and ornaments to heavenly angels. Themes for the eight-episode season include everything from “Christmas love” to gingerbrea­d to building a dazzlingly detailed downtown North Pole scene. Each week, one winner takes home the coveted golden ornament and $10,000 prize.

8PM (HALL) MOVIE All Saints Christmas Lisette (Ledisi) is a popular R&B singer who just wants to have a nice, relaxing trip home to New Orleans for the Christmas holiday. But before she can even pack her bags, a photo of her and her ex (Roger Cross) surfaces and the media mistakenly believes it is an engagement announceme­nt. When her family hears about it, they insist she bring him with her in this 2022 romantic comedy. Lucia Walters, Darien Martin and Miranda Edwards also star.

8PM (LIFE) MOVIE Well Suited for Christmas Rachel Rocca (Mercedes de la Zerda) is a fashion designer who lands a spot in a design competitio­n to create a tuxedo for one of the city’s most eligible bachelors, Brett Stone (Franco Lo Presti), for a Christmas charity gala. As she begins to unravel his well-spun public image, she discovers the true reason behind his Christmas charity, and the pair find themselves falling in love in this 2022 holiday romance.

8PM (STRZ) Dangerous Liaisons The series premiere episode “Love or War” begins the eight-part series following the story of the Marquise de Merteuil (Lesley Manville) and the Vicomte de Valmont (Nicholas Denton), showing how they began as young lovers in the slums of Paris and rose to the heights of French aristocrac­y through a series of schemes, manipulati­ons and betrayals, eternally oscillatin­g between love and war. The series serves as a prelude to Pierre Choderlos de Laclos’ classic 18th Century novel “Dangerous Liaisons.” 8:15 PM & NFL Football A clash of

AFC playoff hopefuls is on tap tonight at Arrowhead Stadium, where Patrick Mahomes and the West-leading Kansas City Chiefs hope the home field works to their advantage against Ryan Tannehill and the South-leading Tennessee Titans. Former MVP Mahomes should have a field day against the porous Titans defense, which ranked 28th yards allowed per game as of Week 7.

8:30 PM $ FBI As the team works to rescue a 5-year-old kidnapping victim, Scola (John Boyd) suspects the boy’s mother isn’t being upfront about why her son was targeted in the special new episode “Double Bind,” on a one-timeonly Sunday airing. Also, Nina (Shantel VanSanten) struggles to open up to Scola about matters in their relationsh­ip. Zeeko Zaki, Jeremy Sisto and Alana De La Garza also star.

9PM (BRV) Family Karma The first docuseries to feature an all-Indian cast returns for its Season 3 premiere as seven Indian-American friends navigate life, love and careers while balancing cultural traditions and expectatio­ns. This season Amrit and his fiancé, Nicholas, get ready to marry in the first elaborate Indian gay wedding in their community. Meanwhile, we keep waiting to see how things progress with Rish and Monica; Anisha thinks she has found love; and Brian is ready to mingle.

9PM (FOOD) Holiday Wars Bring out the eggnog and Yule logs, because the Season 4 premiere episode “Elf’s Downhill Derby” brings nine teams of talented cake and sugar artists together to compete in this eight-episode series. Host Jeff Mauro and judges Shinmin Li and Aarti Sequeira challenge these elite bakers to create over-the-top cakes inspired by whimsical holiday tales.

But only one team walks away with the championsh­ip title and the grand prize: a trip to see the Northern Lights — and perhaps a glimpse of Santa Claus.
