Miami, Florida - Ann B. Brown passed away peacefully at home January 7, 2023. Ann was born on March 8, 1926 in Santiago de Chile, Chile. Ann’s parents, Arthur and Jean White, were British subjects working abroad with Sun Life of Canada. In 1929, Arthur White was transferre­d to Cuba for work and the family relocated. In 1930, Ann’s sister, Jane, was born. Ann grew up in Cuba and on October 16, 1947 she married Stephen Robert Brown (Bobby). Bobby passed away July 3, 2007. They were married 59 years.

Like many other Cuban families in the 1960s, Bobby and Ann with four children fled Castro’s communist revolution and settled in Miami where in 1965 Malcolm (Buster) was born.

Ann is survived by her sister Jane who lives in Canada with her three daughters Susan, Kathleen, Sara and their families.

Ann and Bobby had five children Mary Ann (Bob†) Jones, Bob (Rosa Ana), Steve, Donald (Ruth Ann) and Malcolm (Cristina). They had fourteen grandchild­ren Warren (Missy)Jones, Rachel Edmonds, Andrew (Lindsay)Jones, Tanya (Rob) Kolb, Jeanne (Juan Carlos)

Beverly Hills, Florida - Eugene Allen Yoham (“Gene”) passed away on Thanksgivi­ng 2022 after a long battle with Parkinson’s. He passed peacefully at home in Beverly Hills, Florida with his devoted partner Donna Hill by his side. He was 89 years old.

Gene was predecease­d by his parents James and Agnes Gratzer Yoham; and brothers Jimmy, Skippy, Kenny, and Jerry. Gene is survived by siblings Bill, Bobby, Buddy, and Moni; children Eugene, Christophe­r, Mark, and Margaret; and grandchild­ren Rita, Owen, Everett, Skylar, Greydon, Brandon, and Jillian.

Gene was born in Tell City, Indiana on August 26, 1933. He was one of 9 children. Gene’s family moved to Miami where he graduated from St. Peter & Paul Catholic HS in 1952. He served in the U.S. Army during the post-Korean War. He graduated with 2 degrees in mechanical and electrical technology from Southern Tech.

Redero, Jessica Perez, Ivette Brown, Jennifer (Anthony) Sammartino, Kimberly, Christophe­r, and Eric Brown, Alexandra, Bobby, and Danny Brown. They had fifteen great grandchild­ren Bryson†, Addison, Avery, Lily, Robert, Nolan, Anderson, Lydia, Declan, Canon, Marcus, Grace, Javier, Ella, and Elise. Jovan Wilcox joined the family at age 9 after Buster sponsored him in the Big Brothers program.

Ann embraced all her familial roles, daughter, sister, wife, sister-in-law, mother, mother-in-law, grandmothe­r, great grandmothe­r, and aunt to many, with love, caring and devotion.

The viewing for Ann will be at Caballero Rivero Sunset 7355 SW 117 Ave, Miami, Florida on Monday January 16, 2023, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Mass will be celebrated at St. Brendan Catholic Church 8725 SW 32 Street, Miami, Florida on Tuesday January 17, 2023, at 12:00 p.m.

Burial will be at Our Lady of Mercy 11411 NW 25th Street at 2:00 p.m.
