Psychologi­st Dr. David Tolin and profession­al organizer Dorothy Breininger help Cobra undertake the daunting task ahead of him. 8:30 PM $ Bob Hearts Abishola Abishola (Folake Olowofoyek­u) steps up to take charge of the nursing staff when Gloria (Vernee Watson) goes on vacation, but quickly finds out that the primary requiremen­ts for that position aren’t really in her wheelhouse — mainly, because the job requires “people skills.” Meanwhile, Abishola’s busy hospital schedule leaves the Wheelers struggling to cope with her absence in the new episode “A Big African Bassoon.” Billy Gardell, Christine Ebersole, Matt Jones and Maribeth Monroe guest star.

9PM G Black Lightning Khalil Payne (Jordan Calloway) is struggling to make a fresh start for himself in the new city of Akashic Valley, but that involves burying a very dark past as a superenhan­ced human killing machine known as “Painkiller” in a new episode of that title. Now, that haunting history comes crashing back into Khalil’s hopeful present as he is thrust back into action with a new mission: to dispense justice where once he meted out punishment. 9:01 PM _ America’s Most Wanted Host Elizabeth Vargas wraps up Season 1 of this reboot of a long-running true-crime series as she joins experts Paul Holes and Yodit Tewolde to analyze a variety of cases involving dangerous wanted fugitives, inviting viewers to come forward with any informatio­n or leads they may have. Among the spotlighte­d fugitives in tonight’s finale are aspiring rap musician Maurice Nesbitt, who fled custody after being convicted of his estranged girlfriend’s murder; Frederick Arias,a former Department of Public Safety trooper accused of a $9 million fraud scheme; and Josephine Sunshine Overaker, a notorious eco-terrorist.
