TAILORED ELECTIONS

In his July 20 letter, “Herald editorial insulting,” Rep. Mario Díaz-Balart gave his reasons for questioning the election procedures in Pennsylvania during the 2020 election.

Perhaps he includes himself among the Hispanics who he says know “better than most” the ruinous consequences of socialism and communism.

But does he know the ruinous results of trying to undermine a legitimate American election? Or the ruinous results of trying to stage a coup, as many did on Jan. 6?

All of this was caused by the lie Donald Trump and his supporters told that Joe Biden was not the elected president.

In continuing to support this, Díaz-Balart gives strength to those who would have a dictator as our president.
