BROKEN SENATE

I have written to Sens. Marco Rubio and Rick Scott twice asking what it is they are doing for the people of Florida.

So far, voting “No” on whatever President Biden proposes is their only contribution.

They have no proposals or platform, just a hope to obstruct until they can regain power. I did, however, get a notice to donate to a fundraising site Scott set up for Trump.

Why should we support and vote for people whose only contribution is taking up space?

It bears remembering that Republicans controlled all three branches for two years and did nothing more than pass a massive tax break for the rich. As to the COVID-19 relief bill, which helped keep me financially above water, not one Republican in the House or Senate voted for it.

To our alleged hardworking senators, thanks for nothing.
