Miami’s Aston Martin tower tops off. It’s a year from done but is almost sold out
The maker of James Bond’s car reached new heights with the topping off of its first residential tower in downtown Miami.
The 66-story condominium, Aston Martin Residences, completed its highest floor at 300 Biscayne Blvd. Way, according to a statement from the luxury car brand and the project’s developer. Eighty percent of the 391unit high-rise is sold out, with completion slated for late 2022.
Aston Martin Lagonda and Argentine developer G&G Business Developments launched the project in 2016, scooping up the 1.25-acre riverfront lot for $125 million in 2014. It was the highest sale for a property at the time.
Units range from a twobedroom, two-and-a-halfbathroom space spanning about 1,100 square feet for approximately $2 million to a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom condo unit stretching across 3,300 square feet and priced at about $4 million. Besides the keys to their new condo, buyers receive an Aston Martin SUV, worth about $176,900, or a 2020 Aston Martin DB11, worth $205,600.
In addition to the usual amenities like a pool and a spa, Aston Martin Residences
serves up a private superyacht marina, an art gallery and a 24/7 butler service.
Residents will be living in the second tallest building in Miami, according to data from the Chicago-based nonprofit Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, which focuses on the future of cities and urban growth. The all-residential Aston Martin scales up to 817 feet, behind the nearby residential and office tower Panorama Tower, which reaches 867 feet, including the tip of the building.
