9PM (A&E) First Blood The new episode “Richard Ramirez: The Nightstalk­er” reviews the case of one of the most infamous American serial killers, who terrorized Southern California residents primarily between June 1984 and August 1985. What made this killer especially menacing is that no one seemed safe from his attacks: Ramirez brutally butchered both children and adults, and the murder scenes usually were in or near the homes of his victims.
