You are an adventurous eater. You want to be the first to dine at a brand-new restaurant. You have come to the right place. We sifted through reams of new restaurant openings in Miami-Dade County and picked out the ones that caught our eye as we wrote about them for the Miami Herald. All of them are less than a year old. And we plan to keep updating this list with the newest spots.
