8 PM ^ The Earthshot Prize 2022 The global environmental prize founded by Prince William and The Royal Foundation in 2020 spotlights, supports and scales groundbreaking solutions to our world’s most pressing environmental challenges. Inspired by President John F. Kennedy’s Moonshot, The Earthshot Prize is centered on repairing our planet through five Earthshots: Protect and Restore Nature, Clean Our Air, Revive Our Oceans, Build A Waste-Free World, and Fix Our Climate. International celebrities will present the awards. The prestigious ceremony will celebrate a cohort of 15 incredible global finalists and award five winners.
8 PM $ Survivor It’s been a physically grueling run for the remaining contestants and the Season 43 finale will certainly be one for the record books as this season’s winner could be a first. Will it be age, compassion or pure strategy that delivers the win along the beautiful coast of Fiji? Emmy-winner Jeff Probst hosts.
8 PM _ LEGO Masters In this two-hour Season 3 finale episode “Water Works; Finale: Master Build,” the semi-finalists have 10 hours to incorporate a fountain that uses water to create movement within their build. The three top teams move on to the finale where they get 24 hours to build their best creation possible — featuring the first sets they built as kids to celebrate 90 years of LEGO. The duo with the most impressive build wins $100,000, the Master Builder title, and trophy, and gets their creation displayed
at LEGOLAND New York.
9 PM (HBO) Shaq The NBA legend
leads Miami to another Championship, but age and injuries lead Shaq to morph into a new chapter, elevating him from basketball star to celebrated pitch man and entrepreneur in the season finale episode “From Shaq to Shaquille.” Through revealing interviews, viewers learn more about how he changed the game and moved the bar for not only players, but for aspiring business owners who followed his lead.
10 PM * Finding Harmony For 13 years, chorus director David Brown has brought together complete strangers and healed communities by asking them to simply join a chorus. In this inspirational one-hour special, John Legend calls upon Brown to bring his magic to his hometown of Springfield, Ohio. Will he be able to transform a fractured community into a powerhouse chorus in just one week? Audiences will see the magic of what happens when you invite complete strangers to sing together.
