Just imagine the endless cocktail-conversation fodder.

A mansion that was used in an episode of “Miami Vice” back in the day can be yours.

You’ll need $29.9 million, though.

The six-bedroom, six-bathroom listing at the Moorings in Coconut Grove is massive, at 6,268 square feet. So if times get tight you can probably take in a few boarders.

Surrounded by lush grounds, the property also features a pool, fountain, koi pond and views for days.

In “Miami Squeeze,” which aired in the fifth season in 1989, the manAlong sion belonged to British drug trafficker Sebastian Ross, who links up with a congresswoman (played by Rita Moreno!) who is trying to save her ne’er-do-well son. Internet sleuths will note the signature arched ceilings during a shootout in an upstairs room.

with the celeb tie-in, this bayfront crib, which is being offered furnished, has historic cred, too. The 1929 residence was built by venerated architect Walter De Garmo, the man behind the Miami Woman’s Club in the Grove, among other local landmarks.

Villa Serenita, as it’s known, was meticulously restored over the years by such industry big shots as Portuondo Perrotti and Bunny Williams.

Realtor Renier Casanova of Compass has the listing, which is in one of the most prestigious and private gated communities in town. The Moorings has just 35 homes, a la Billionaire Bunker in Indian Creek.

“Experience the magic of Mediterranean Revival architecture in one of Coconut Grove’s most exclusive enclaves,” reads the description. “Timeless elegance and unparalleled craftsmanship, Villa Serenita delivers an unrivaled South Florida lifestyle.”
