Do Republicans have better idea?

-

What is the cause of the widespread negativism of the Republican presidential candidates (and the Republican Congress, as well)? First it was the Affordable Care Act, which was universally opposed by them before it was enacted and has been ever since.

Now it is the Iran agreement, which hardly was impulsive as it took two years. It is universally castigated by them.

It is easy to be against something, but what are they for? I see only three options. The first is to continue the present sanctions-embargo policy (under which Iran is preparing to build atomic weapons). Second, we have to convince other countries, such as China, to increase their sanctions by refusing to buy Iranian oil and to cease selling to them as well.

Failing the above two options the third is to replace Iran’s leaders through an invasion of Iran. Then we can ensure that the current Iranian leaders will be replaced. You can see how successful and effective that policy has been when we look at Iraq, Libya and Egypt.

If Republicans have a better idea, what and where is it? As has been said in the past, don’t let the perfect prevent the good.

“You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist.”
