(and final) year, David Frei returns as co-host for the final competitio­n day of this prestigiou­s canine event, from Madison Square Garden in New York. He’s joined by two familiar colleagues, NBC Sports analyst Mary Carillo and reporter Kelli Stavast. This year’s Best in Show will be judged by Dr. Richard Meen of Toronto, Canada, who leads a panel of 37 judges from 17 states and two foreign countries.

8 p.m. WITI Brooklyn Nine-Nine Hitchcock and Scully (Dirk Blocker, Joel McKinnon Miller) are in the spotlight, prompted by Jake’s (Andy Samberg) dismissal of them to prove their worth, in the new episode “House Mouses.” They barge into one of his cases. Rosa (Stephanie Beatriz) gets help from Amy and Gina (Melissa Fumero, Chelsea Peretti) in overcoming a fear. Holt and Boyle (Andre Braugher, Joe Lo Truglio) have an assignment involving a famous person. Terry Crews also stars.

8 p.m. FREE Shadowhunt­ers With Luke (Isaiah Mustafa) in grave peril, Jace, Clary and Simon (Dominic Sherwood, 7 p.m. WTMJ Hollywood Game Night Melodies play a big role in this new episode, as would be expected from the subtitle “Musical Game Night,” with Hunter Hayes and Florida Georgia Line duo Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley among the celebrity players. Ciara, Estelle and Ta’Rhonda Jones also take part in the hour’s various contests, trying to help win $25,000 for one of two everyday citizens. Jane Lynch, who’s won two Emmy Awards for her role here, is the host.

7 p.m. WDJT NCIS A case hits at the heart of the Navy in the new episode “React,” as the daughter (Caitlin Carver) of Secretary Sarah Porter (returning guest star Leslie Hope) is kidnapped. T.C. Fornell (fellow returnee Joe Spano) is among the FBI agents working with Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and company to rescue the victim. McGee (Sean Murray) is reunited with a Special Agent friend (guest star Christina Chang), who has arrived to give the team tactical training. 7 p.m. USA 140th Westminste­r Kennel Club Dog Show For the 27th consecutiv­e

Katherine McNamara, Alberto Rosende) turn to Magnus (Harry Shum Jr.) for help. At the warlock’s lair, insights into how Valentine (Alan Van Sprang) became evil and Luke’s past with Jocelyn (Maxim Roy) are revealed to Clary, in a bid to trigger her memory about the Mortal Cup. Meanwhile, Alec and Isabelle (Matthew Daddario, Emeraude Toubia) try to restore their family name in the eyes of The Clave.

8 p.m. TNT Rizzoli & Isles The hit police drama returns with two new back-to-back episodes for its winter premiere. In the first, “Hide and Seek,” Jane (Angie Harmon) and her team are quick to respond after Maura (Sasha Alexander) is kidnapped. While waiting to be rescued, Maura discovers her abduction is just part of a larger conspiracy with Jane as its prime target. In the second hour, “Murderjuan­a,” the reunited pair work together to solve the case of a security guard who was shot while foiling a robbery.
