7 p.m. LIFE Movie: Pregnant at 17 Thinking she has finally turned her life around after an early trauma, Chelsea (Zoie De Grand Maison, “Orphan Black”) falls in love with Jeff (Roark Critchlow), an older married man who says all the right things. When they find out she’s pregnant, however, Jeff pulls away. Meanwhile, his meek wife, Sonia (Josie Bissett, “Melrose Place”), meets Chelsea and feels sorry for her, but they’re both going to need more than sympathy when a sinister figure from Chelsea’s past resurfaces in this new thriller. 8 p.m. WITI Jeff Gordon’s Daytona 500 Kickoff Celebration One of auto racing’s top events is about to happen, and in preparation for it, this new special unites veteran driver Gordon — now part of the Fox sportscasting team — with celebrities from several disciplines for a related beach bash. NASCAR stars, Fox-series actors and musical guests enjoy a party before the flag drops ... and you also can expect plenty of stats on those who will be in their cars and revving their engines at the starting line the next day.
8 p.m. OWN It’s Not You, It’s Men The creator of the popular dating app Tinder joins Tyrese and Rev Run for a frank talk about the advantages and drawbacks that come with dating in the digital age, in the new episode “Modern Romance.” Model and actress Amber Rose talks about the dangers and frustrations of harassment on social media as well as society’s double standard on the expression of sexuality, while Yvette Nicole Brown (“Community”) shares her online dating experiences. 9 p.m. OWN Oprah: Where Are They Now? A new episode includes celebrity updates on rocker Scott Stapp, lead singer of Creed; environmental activist and alpine ski racer Heather Mills; actress and singer Telma Hopkins (“Family Matters”); and U.S. women’s soccer icon Brandi Chastain. In another segment, Karen Neuburger confides to Oprah how she lost her pajama empire in a bad business deal.
9 p.m. TLC Sex Sent Me to the E.R. The episode title “Dirty Laundry” packs a double meaning for the hapless woman who winds up in the emergency room after a weekly “date night” on a washing machine goes awry. Elsewhere, a couple sneaks around a meat packing plant to find the perfect place to make love, and a woman’s naughty knitting leads to a strange diagnosis.
10 p.m. WMVS Austin City Limits With the “Coal Miner’s Daughter” herself, Loretta Lynn — soon to be featured in an ”American Masters” profile — and Asleep at the Wheel among the honorees, this series’ “2015 Hall of Fame Special” clearly takes its intention seriously. The careers of Guy Clark, Townes Van Zandt and Flaco Jimenez also are celebrated by a cast that includes Lyle Lovett, Dwight Yoakam, Vince Gill, Patty Loveless and Gillian Welch.
