Packers fan or not, there’s plenty to do in the Green Bay area year-round. Here are some options.

De Pere riverwalk and wildlife viewing pier: Access stunning river views and see a variety of wildlife including sturgeon, salmon, bald eagles and pelicans. On the east side of the Fox River, adjacent to the De Pere Dam. de-pere.org

The Automobile Gallery: Housed in a renovated Cadillac dealership in downtown Green Bay, this nonprofit venture — which opened in January — combines a car museum and an art gallery, plus meeting and event space. It showcases 40 cars from every decade from the last century, including a 1929 Ford Sport Coupe, a 1950 Studebaker Commander Coupe and a 1973 AMC Javelin. theautomob­ilegallery.org

Cheese: Scray Cheese Co. in De Pere offers fresh, squeaky cheddar cheese curds, plus a variety of other artisan cheeses, Door County wines, specialty coffees and more. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, watch the cheese-making action through the viewing window in the shop. Use the handy drive-through if you don’t feel like going in. Titletown roof tap: The popular Titletown Brewing Company recently unveiled a larger tap room and brewing operation that now includes a year-round rooftop beer garden. Sign up for a Friday or Saturday brewery tour ($10); it includes four 6-oz. pours and a souvenir pint glass. titletownb­rewing.com

Winter sports: Through the end of March you can explore the Green Bay Botanical Garden on snowshoes from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Monday through Saturday. Free snowshoe rental is included with regular admission. Or grab your cross-country skis or snowshoes and head to the Brown County Reforestat­ion Camp in the evening, where you can explore more than 3 miles of lighted trails, which are now open until 11 p.m. bit.ly/1OUuexB

Packers Hall of Fame: Time to revisit Lambeau Field and see the new Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame, a 15,000square-foot, two-story football paradise featuring historical artifacts, player tributes, interactiv­e exhibits and more.
