FISH, WILDLIFE HEARINGS TO BE HELD APRIL 11

The Department of Natural Resources annual spring fish and wildlife public hearings and Wisconsin Conservation Congress annual spring county meetings will be held April 11 in each of Wisconsin’s 72 counties. The meetings are free and open to the public and begin at 7 p.m.

The meetings will include elections of local congress delegates; a DNR deer research update; a report on the local preliminary 2016 antlerless deer permit recommendation; the opportunity to comment on questions and rules proposals; the ability to submit citizen resolutions; as well as vote on proposed rules changes and advisory questions.

Meeting locations in southeastern Wisconsin include:

Milwaukee County: Greenfield High School, 4800 S. 60th St., Greenfield.

Ozaukee County: Webster Transitional School, W75 N624 Wauwatosa Road, Cedarburg.

Kenosha County: Bristol School District #1, 20121 83rd St., Bristol.

Racine County: Union Grove High School, 3433 S. Colony Ave., Union Grove.

Walworth County: Delavan-Darien High School, 150 Cummings St., Delavan.

Washington County: Washington County Fair Park, 3000 Pleasant Valley Road, West Bend.

Waukesha County: Waukesha County Technical College, Richard Anderson Education Center, 800 Main St., Pewaukee.
