25 Oscar contenders you can see in Milwaukee now

In less than two weeks, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences will announce the nominees for this year’s Oscars. Every year, the news of the nominations — this year’s come out Jan. 24 — kicks off a moviegoers’ scramble, to see as many nominees as they can in the way kids used to collect Pokémon. You don’t have to catch ’em all. But you still can catch many of the likely nominees in theaters or at home. Here’s where you can see 25 of this year’s likely contenders for Oscar nominations before the Academy makes the cut.
