Monday: Cranberry meatballs, roasted red vegetables, Asian vegetable blend, Vienna dinner roll, snickerdoodle cookie. At United Community Center: Cheeseburger on whole-wheat bun, baked beans, potato salad, fresh fruit.
Tuesday: Chicken Marsala, whole-grain pasta with garlic pesto sauce, winter vegetable blend, mixed greens with dressing, Italian bread, butterscotch pudding. At UCC: Bistec encebollado, Puerto Rican rice, green beans, juice, bread, applesauce.
Wednesday: Meatloaf with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, crinkle-cut carrots with dill, sevengrain bread, peaches. At UCC: Broccoli soup, sweet-and-sour chicken, white rice, California vegetable blend, wheat bread, fresh fruit.
Thursday: Peachy pork roast, cheesy diced potato casserole, green beans, potato dinner roll, fruited yogurt. At UCC: Pork chop suey, brown rice, peas and carrots, green salad with dressing, bread, pineapple tidbits.
Friday: Split pea soup, lemon and garlic chicken breast, baked potato, country vegetable blend, seven-grain bread, cinnamon applesauce. At UCC: Macaroni with meat, whole green beans, spinach salad, juice, breadstick, chilled peaches. Saturday: Pepper steak, brown rice, stir-fry vegetables, bread, mixed fruits.
Sunday : Barbecue chicken, white rice, beans, fresh salad with dressing, multigrain bread, fresh fruit.
