Polish Fest Date/place: June 16-18, Maier Festival Park Hours: noon-midnight Friday and Saturday, noon-8 p.m. next Sunday. Highlights: It’s time to polka, or watch and learn from the expert Polish dance ensembles. Cultural Village exhibits feature Frank Piasecki and Other Polish Aviation Designers. Admission: $12 at the gate; $10 for seniors age 55 and up; Free for children 15 and under. On Friday, admission is 50 cents from noon until 5 p.m. and $5 from 5:01 p.m. to midnight. On June 18, tickets at the gate are $5, or bring a donation of three or more food items to the gate for the Hunger Task Force and get in free. Highlights: Art festival offers three days of live music and entertainm­ent, a sculpture garden, wine garden and plenty of food. Attraction­s include MAM After Dark for young profession­als from 5 to 10 p.m. June 16, Wine and Canvas from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 17, and refreshmen­ts and activities in the LFOA “MAM Cave” for all dads from noon to 5 p.m. on Father’s Day.
