Monday, Aug. 21: Mushroom burger with Swiss cheese on rye bun, baby baker potatoes, California vegetable blend, mandarin oranges. At United Community Center: Roast pork, Puerto Rican rice, spinach salad, steamed baby carrots, wheat roll, applesauce. Tuesday: Breaded chicken Parmesan, oven-browned potatoes, Italian beans, crusty Italian bread, apple. At UCC: Chicken Marsala, baked potato, Italian-blend vegetables, bread, fruit cocktail. Wednesday: Submarine sandwich with turkey, ham and Swiss cheese, Sun Chips, veggie pasta salad, fresh pear, snickerdoo­dle cookie. At UCC: Beef tostada, Mexican rice, refried beans, fresh fruit. Thursday: Cream of broccoli soup, chicken Caesar salad, split-top roll, cantaloupe, chocolate chip cookie. At UCC: Teriyaki pork, baked sweet potato, Italian green beans, fruit juice, blueberry muffin. Friday: Soft-shell beef tacos, Mexican rice, refried beans, pineapple juice, fresh nectarine. At UCC: Grilled chicken breast, spinach fettuccine Alfredo, steamed asparagus, Wisconsin vegetable blend, dinner roll, fresh fruit, birthday cake. Saturday: Arroz con pollo, beans, salad, baked green beans, dinner roll, fresh fruit. Sunday: Steak ranchero with peppers, brown rice, mixed salad, dinner roll, sliced peaches.
