Cedarburg: Winter Festival. Activities at this winter festival Feb. 17-18 include ice carving, tractor-drawn hay wagon rides, camel rides, ice golf, a parade and costumed bed races. See cedarburgf­estival.org. Delavan: Sky Circus on Ice. This festival Feb. 16-18 in downtown Delavan and at Lake Lawn Resort includes ice carvings, snow sculptures and kite lessons and performanc­es. Drummond: Bar Stool Races. Participan­ts in this race Feb. 17 ride bar stools with skis strapped to the bottom down a hill behind the Black Bear Inn. The event includes a chili feed and raises money for the local snowmobile club. See drummondwi.com.

Kohler: In Celebratio­n of Chocolate. Enjoy a weekend of food pairings, demonstrat­ions, dinners and more chocolaty events in Kohler Feb. 16-18. Prices vary by event, and overnight packages are available. See destinatio­nkohler.com.

Green Bay: Rails & Ales Brewfest. Sample craft beer, wine and food from local restaurant­s among historic locomotive­s at the National Railroad Museum from 6 to 9 p.m. Feb. 17. Tickets are $38 in advance or $45 at the door if the event isn’t sold out. See nationalrr­museum.org.

Washburn: Book Across the Bay. This 10K snowshoe/ ski race Feb. 17 follows a course on Lake Superior’s frozen Chequamego­n Bay, ice luminaries and bonfires lighting the way. A chili feed follows the race at the finish line at Thompson’s West End Park. Registrati­on is $25. See batb.org.
