SENIOR MEALS

Monday, March 26: Glazed ham slice, warm German potato salad, California vegetables, marble rye bread, tropical fruit cup. At United Community Center: Glazed ham slice, potato salad, mixed vegetables, wheat roll, fresh fruit, cookie. Tuesday: Swedish meatballs, buttered egg noodles, vegetable du jour, apple cherry juice, sourdough bread, mandarin oranges. At UCC: Chicken and cauliflowe­r stir-fry, white rice, bread, orange juice, mixed fruit. Wednesday: Smoked Polish sausage with kraut on whole-grain bun, au gratin potatoes, Wisconsin vegetable mix, Rice Krispie treat. At UCC: Vegetable soup, pub burger with sautéed onions on whole-wheat bun, mashed sweet potato, Wisconsin vegetable blend, chilled peaches.

Thursday: Apricot-glazed pork loin, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, multigrain bread, Dutch apple pie. At UCC: Chicken Marsala, baked potato, Italian vegetable blend, bread, fruit cocktail. Friday: Most sites closed for Good Friday. At UCC: Swiss broccoli pasta, quinoa salad with onion, tomato, cilantro and black beans; bread stick, fresh fruit, birthday cake.

Saturday (UCC): Barbecue boneless pork rib, mac and cheese, baked beans, whole-grain dinner roll, juice, sliced peaches. Sunday (UCC): Closed for Easter.
