Orioles at RED SOX, ppd.: The annual Patriots’ Day game scheduled for Monday morning at Fenway Park was postponed because of the forecast of heavy rain.

Cardinals at CUBS, ppd.: The series opener between Chicago and St. Louis was postponed because of poor weather. Monday night’s game was postponed about six hours before the scheduled first pitch. It will be made up as part of a split doublehead­er on July 21.

Royals at BLUE JAYS, ppd.: Toronto postponed its series opener against Kansas City because of chunks of ice crashing down from the nearby CN Tower following a weekend of freezing rain.

YANKEES 12, Marlins 1: Didi Gregorius homered twice for the second time this season and New York romped to a victory over Miami.

Rockies 6, PIRATES 2: Trevor Story drilled a three-run home run and Colorado kept its road surge going with a win in Pittsburgh.

RAYS 8, Rangers 4: Mallex Smith had four hits and Blake Snell struck out nine to help Tampa Bay stop a four-game losing streak with a win over Texas.

Nationals 8, METS 6: Bryce Harper hit a two-run single to highlight a six-run rally in the eighth inning as Washington beat New York.

BRAVES 2, Phillies 1: Julio Teheran outpitched Aaron Nola and Atlanta snapped Philadelph­ia’s six-game winning streak.

Reds 10, BREWERS 4: Adam Duvall collected three hits as Cincinnati ended its eight-game losing streak with a win at Milwaukee.

White Sox at ATHLETICS (late): Sean Manaea pitched seven strong innings to lead Oakland over Seattle 2-1 Sunday.

Astros at MARINERS (late): Robinson Chirinos doubled to deep center field to drive in two runs in the 10th inning as Texas beat Houston 3-1 Sunday.

Dodgers at PADRES (late): Clayton Kershaw struck out 12 in seven innings as Los Angeles ended an 11-game regular-season losing streak to Arizona with a 7-2 win Sunday.
