SENIOR MEALS
Monday, May 28: Sites closed for Memorial Day.
Tuesday: Honey barbecue riblet sandwich on Coney bun, mac and cheese, Wisconsin vegetable blend, pickled beet salad, applesauce. At UCC: Chicken patty on whole-wheat bun, baked potato, shredded carrot salad, fresh watermelon.
Wednesday: Cream of broccoli soup, chicken Caesar salad, blueberry muffin, cantaloupe. At UCC: Pork stew with zucchini, Mexican rice, Mexican beans, fresh salad, mandarin oranges, cookie. Thursday: Yankee pot roast, baby red potatoes, peas and carrots, sourdough bread, coconut cream pie. At UCC: Beef stew with potatoes, peas and carrots, egg noodles, fresh salad, pineapple juice, whole-grain bread, mixed fruit.
Friday: Baked cod in lemon cream sauce, baby bakers, creamy coleslaw, sunshine carrots, marble rye bred, sherbet. At UCC: Chicken Alfredo, penne pasta, steamed broccoli, apple juice, dinner roll, fresh apple. Saturday (UCC): Ground beef picadillo, Mexican rice, Mexican beans, chilled peaches.
Sunday (UCC): Meatballs and marinara sauce with spaghetti, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, spinach salad with dressing, wheat bread, mixed fruit.
