Monday, June 11:

Barbecue beef on whole-grain bun, hashbrown potato casserole, Mexi-corn, cinnamon applesauce. At United Community Center: Parmesan chicken with marinara sauce, penne pasta, broccoli and cauliflowe­r, fresh salad, wheat bread, fresh orange.

Tuesday: Roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, honey-glazed carrots, pumpkin muffin, mixed fruit cup. At UCC: Pork roast Puerto Rican style, steamed vegetables, spinach salad with buttermilk dressing, wheat bread, canned apricots.

Wednesday: Cheeseburg­er on bun, baked beans, broccoli salad, potato chips, watermelon. At UCC: Beef lasagna, sautéed asparagus, spring salad with cherry tomatoes and raspberry dressing, garlic bread, pineapple tidbits.

Thursday: Chicken stroganoff, egg noodles, crinkle carrots, spinach salad with dressing, dinner roll, nectarine. At UCC: Steak ranchero, Mexican rice, cucumber and onion salad, Mexican-style green beans, apple pie, diced pears.

Friday: Polish kielbasa with kraut on whole-wheat bun, red salad potatoes with dill butter, Harvard beets, cheesecake. At UCC: Turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, fresh salad with dressing, dinner roll, chocolate chip cookie.

Saturday (UCC): Chicken tacos with whole-wheat tortillas, Mexican rice, Mexican beans, mixed fruit.

Sunday (UCC): Bistec encebollad­o, Puerto Rican rice, sautéed asparagus, spinach salad with dressing, fruit juice, dinner roll, oatmeal cookie.
