IDs for beer, wine

This is in response to the Journal Sentinel PolitiFact on Aug. 22.

The title, “ID claim doesn’t check out,” seems to be incorrect. It says you

do not need an ID to buy a beer. What state are you referring to? I am a senior citizen and get asked for my ID every single time I purchase beer, wine etc. When I am in a grocery store I always get asked, and I definitely look my age. I rate you a definite false!
