Monday, Dec. 17: Swedish meatballs, garlic mashed potatoes, stewed tomatoes, seven-grain bread, fresh apple. At United Community Center: Barbecue pork riblets on wheat bun, baked potato, broccoli casserole, pineapple juice, diced peaches and pears. Tuesday: Sweet-and-sour pork, brown rice, pea pods, apple juice, whole-grain dinner roll, snickerdoo­dle cookie. At UCC: Chicken Alfredo, steamed green beans and red peppers, spinach fettuccine, garlic bread, fresh salad with dressing, fresh apple.

Wednesday: Hearty chicken noodle soup, chef’s salad, fruited muffin, banana. At UCC: Chicken fideo soup, cheese and potato flautas, Mexican rice, mixed fruit, cookie.

Thursday: Roast turkey with gravy, stuffing, tossed green salad with French dressing, California vegetables, fruit punch, cherry cheesecake. At UCC: Ground beef picadillo, white rice, Mexican beans, baked carrots, wheat tortilla, fruit punch, mixed fruit. Friday: Tuna noodle casserole with vegetables, broccoli, coleslaw, multigrain bread, chocolate chip cookie. At UCC: Chicken and broccoli stir-fry, white rice, spring salad with dressing, wheat bread, fresh banana, lemon pie. Saturday (UCC): Beef and cheese quesadilla on wheat tortilla, Mexican corn, zucchini casserole, pineapple tidbits. Sunday (UCC): Steak tacos on wheat tortillas, California vegetables, fresh cantaloupe.
