SENIOR MEALS

Monday, Jan. 28: Sloppy Joes on whole-grain bun, macaroni and cheese, green beans, juice, cinnamon apple slices. At United Community Center: Pork with zucchini, Mexican rice, fresh salad with dressing, broccoli salad, wheat tortilla, diced pears.

Tuesday: Chicken dumpling soup, Philly chicken sandwich, baby bakers, country-style veggies, fruited yogurt. At UCC: Potato soup, spaghetti and met sauce, peas and carrot salad, garlic bread, banana.

Wednesday: Pork chop suey with vegetables, seasoned brown rice, Capri vegetable blend, dinner roll, chilled fruit salad, peanut butter cookie. At UCC: Pepper steak, brown rice, stir-fry vegetables, tomato juice, bread, mixed fruit.

Thursday: Smothered chicken leg/thigh, fresh sweet potato, cauliflowe­r-broccoli mix, apple juice, sevengrain bread, pumpkin pie. At UCC: Beef and potato flautas, Mexican beans, Mexican rice, shredded salad,

diced pears, cookie.

Friday: Italian sausage with marinara sauce, hot veggie pasta, whole-kernel corn, crusty roll, juice, chilled pear slices. At UCC: Cream of broccoli soup, beef lasagna, sweet corn, dinner roll, lettuce and tomato salad, mandarin oranges.

Saturday (UCC): Garlic chicken, brown rice, potato and carrot salad, green salad, bread, fresh cantaloupe.

Sunday (UCC): Bistec encebollad­o, white rice, beans, fresh lettuce and tomato salad, whole-grain bread, sliced peaches.
