No. 6 Oklahoma 45, Kansas 20: Jalen Hurts threw for 228 yards and two touchdowns, ran for 56 yards and two more TDs and added another line to his Heisman Trophy resume in leading No. 6 Oklahoma to a 45-20 road victory over Kansas on Saturday. Rhamondre Stevenson added 109 yards rushing and a score on just five carries for the Sooners (5-0, 2-0 Big 12), who spotted Kansas (2-4, 0-2) a touchdown lead before ripping off seven straight scores for their 22nd straight true road win.

Texas Tech 45, No. 21 Oklahoma State 35: Jett Duffey passed for four touchdowns and ran for another in his first start of the season. Host Texas Tech (3-2, 1-1 Big 12) built a 20-0 lead 30 seconds into the second quarter to win its second straight in the series. Duffey completed 26 of 44 passes for 424 yards with scoring passes to Erik Ezukanma (56 yards), T.J. Vasher (21), KeSean Carter (14) and Dalton Rigdon (8). He ran for a 16-yard touchdown. Oklahoma State (4-2, 1-2) committed five turnovers, three intercepti­ons and two fumbles by redshirt freshman quarterbac­k Spencer Sanders.

Iowa State 49, TCU 24: Brock Purdy threw for 247 yards and a pair of TDs and Iowa State overwhelme­d visiting TCU 49-24 on Saturday for its first Big 12 win of the season. Purdy also ran for 102 yards and two touchdowns for the Cyclones (3-2, 1-1), who beat the Horned Frogs for just the third time in 11 tries.

TCU (3-2, 1-1) got a touchdown run from Darius Anderson and a 22-yard TD grab by Jalen Reagor to make it a 35-24 game with nine minutes left. But Purdy’s fourth TD of the day, a 9-yard run, put the Cyclones ahead by 18 with 6:27 left. Purdy finished with at least 300 combined yards for the fourth straight game. Max Duggan was 17 of 25 passing for 219 yards and two TDs for TCU.

No. 11 Texas 42, West Virginia 31: Sam Ehlinger threw two touchdown passes and ran for two more scores while visiting No. 11 Texas converted three turnovers into TDs in a 42-31 victory over West Virginia on Saturday. Ehlinger and Texas (4-1, 2-0 Big 12) beat the Mountainee­rs (3-2, 1-1) on the road for the second straight time. Ehlinger finished 18 of 33 for 211 yards.

Baylor 31, Kansas State 12: Charlie Brewer threw for 230 yards and a touchdown and visiting Baylor beat Kansas State 31-12 on Saturday to remain undefeated. The Bears (5-0, 2-0 Big 12) had 426 yards of offense with only 23 minutes of possession against the Wildcats (3-2, 0-2), who have scored only two touchdowns in their last two games. John Lovett had a pair of touchdown runs and Gerry Bohanon added another scoring run for Baylor. Tyquan Thornton had 92 yards receiving with a touchdown. Skylar Thompson was 22-of-34 passing for 218 yards for Kansas State.
