The Federal Reserve issues today the minutes from its two-day policymakers’ meeting last month.

At the meeting, Fed officials cut interest rates for the second time this year in a bid to shore up the U.S. economy amid a lingering trade war with China and slowing economic growth. The central bank left open the possibility of additional rate cuts if the economy weakens further.
