Monday, Oct. 14: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, sunshine carrots, cheddar biscuit, fruit cocktail. At United Community Center: Cheese and veggie omelet, sausage links, hash brown patty, orange juice, honeydew melon.

Tuesday: Oven-fried chicken leg/thigh, sweet potatoes, creamed spinach, coleslaw, cornbread, fresh fruit. At UCC: Steak fajita, Mexican rice and beans, lettuce-tomato salad, whole-wheat tortilla, fresh apple.

Wednesday: Spaghetti and meatballs with sauce, broccoli, garlic breadstick, grapes. At UCC: Chicken and cheese flauta, corn tortilla, rice primavera, refried beans, fresh veggie salad, plum.

Thursday: Glazed ham, scalloped potatoes, peas and carrots, mixed lettuce salad, dinner roll, brownie. At UCC: Roast pork, brown rice, beans, steamed carrots and peas, fresh salad, dinner roll, strawberri­es and cream.

Friday: Mediterran­ean baked cod, hash-browned potatoes, Wisconsin vegetables, marble rye bread, peanut butter cookie. At UCC: Cheeseburg­er on whole-wheat bun, potato salad, broccoli-peppers casserole, mixed fruit.

Saturday (UCC): Chipotle meatballs, Mexican rice, green salad with dressing, tortilla, banana, vanilla pudding.

Sunday (UCC): Oven-fried chicken, baked french fries, mixed vegetables, side salad, wholewheat roll, fresh orange.
