October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. In Milwaukee, the second annual Domestic Violence Awareness Walk will take place at 9 a.m. Saturday at Havenwoods State Forest and the day-long Love Without Violence Conference is scheduled for Oct. 18 at the UWM Joseph J. Zilber School of Public Health.
