What’s at Milwaukee-area drive-in theaters this week

Here’s what’s at Milwaukee-area pop-up drive-in movie venues this week.

Reminder No. 1: They’re incorporat­ing social-distancing measures and other safety guidelines.

Reminder No. 2: Southeast Wisconsin’s only full-time drive-in, the Highway 18 in Jefferson, is back in business.

Friday through Sunday at dusk, it’s showing “Grease”; the 1979 gem “The Warriors”; and “Invasion of the Body Snatchers,” the 1956 sci-fi/horror classic. See for details.

Reminder No. 3: Because drive-ins are outdoors, check the weather first.

Marcus Theatres’ Parking Lot Cinema

Marcus’ outdoor theater experiment continues at the Majestic Cinema, 770

N. Springdale Road, Brookfield, with the Indiana Jones trilogy. Tickets are $31.50 per car Friday through Sunday, $26.25 per car Monday through Thursday, available at The double feature starts at 9 p.m.; gates open at 7 p.m. Here’s what’s showing:

June 19-21: “Raiders of the Lost Ark” and “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade”

June 22 and 24: “Raiders of the Lost Ark” and “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom”

June 23 and 25: “Temple of Doom” and “Last Crusade”

Note: On June 26, Marcus will open its second pop-up drive-in theater, outside the South Shore Cinema in Oak Creek.

Milky Way Drive-In

The Milky Way continues in the parking lot at Ballpark Commons, 7900

Marcus Center

The Marcus Performing Arts Center, 929 N. Water St., continues its drive-in on the top level of the parking deck across State Street. It’s free, but you must register online (marcus center.org/series/music-andmovies) for a digital ticket. The gates open at 6:30 p.m.; the movies start at 7 p.m.
