Bernadette Mary Gindt (nee Moser) of the town of Erin entered God’s loving arms June 21st, 2022, at the age of 100. Beloved wife of the late Alfred. Loving mother of Dianne (Dave) Sheehan-Lassa, Robert (Colleen) Gindt, Eileen Koeferl (Craig Hatlevig), and Allen (Gloria) Gindt. Proud grandmothe­r of Terri Hawkins, Dan Sheehan, Brien Gindt, Scott Gindt, Brenda Vogds, Kelly Hamberger, Jessica Eash, and Lauren Gindt. Special grandmothe­r of Scott Lass and Lisa Karcz. Great-grandmothe­r of twenty-three wonderful great-grandchild­ren.

Dear sister of Francis Schneider. Preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Barbara Moser. Her siblings Joe, Dorothy, Vince, Rosemary, Alphonse, Johnny, and Fred. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Bernadette led her family with tenacity and lived with a strong faith and strong character admired by all who knew her. Affectiona­tely referred to as “St. Bernadette”, her patience, generosity, and endless love have created a legacy that will endure for many more than her 100 years.

Visitation will be held at St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church (North Lake), W314 N7462 State Road 83, North Lake, on Saturday, July 2nd , 2022, from 10AM-12PM. Mass of Christian burial will begin at noon. Luncheon to follow in the church hall. Memorials to St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church and/or Heartland Terrace, two of the places Bernadette called home.
