STAND-ALONE PLIERS

Working with what I had on hand, I came up with a quick and easy “thirdhand” holding device so that I could solder up some battery bullet connectors. I grabbed a set of pliers and wrapped a rubber band around the handles for an instant clamping holder. There’s no cost involved since I always have rubber bands in the shop. It works perfectly while I apply the heat and solder.
