BOTTOM LINE

Fly it fast, fly it slow, fly it 3D, or fly smooth aerobatics; you can even fly it on floats. The Ultra Stick does a little bit of everything. The Stick took us about 12 hours to build from start to finish, and since much of the work is already done, assembly is relatively easy. The float conversion is easy to do and, once installed, takes less than 10 minutes to convert between wheels and floats. The lack of a cowl makes the Stick an ideal choice for your first gas-engine project, and it has plenty of cooling to break in similarly sized motors destined for installations with cowls.
