Harry Higley’s All About Engines

-

To end this month’s column, we have another nifty engine book to bring to your attention. From time to time, I will receive a reader’s letter asking if there isn’t a book available that explains in general the disassembly, bearing removal, and servicing of model engines. Yes, there is: Harry Higley’s All About Engines. Harry’s book has been available for many years, but many are not aware of its existence. The book covers just about anything you could think of in the way of servicing and overhauling a two- or four-stroke model engine.

Besides the book, Harry also has an extensive line of modelrelated products and other books. All About Engines is $20.06, and it is well worth the price when you consider the wealth of information it contains. You can order the book online at sales@ harryhigley.com or from Harry B. Higley & Sons, Inc., 8950 Yellow Brick Road, Baltimore, MD 21237; 410-732-3500.
